Facial Trauma Treatment?

Okay, so I got into a car accident recently. The vehicle hit a tree, and one side of my face slammed into the dashboard, because I was sitting sideways in the seat. Right off the bat, the cheek that I hit got HUGE, like I had just my wisdom tooth taken out. There was no pain; it was just tingly. Immediately after wards, I put an ice pack on it.

It's now two days later, and my cheek is still swollen with what I think is blood. The swelling has gone down considerably since the accident (before, I couldn't look down because my cheek was so swollen), but it's still incredibly big.

My eye has been teary and it has some blood in it, but I think that's just because my eye is bruised.

I don't think that I have any fractures, because there isn't any pain.

Should I see my doctor, or is this one of those things that they'll just give me some ibuprofen and send me on my merry way and let mother nature give me a massive bruise?
