I want to start small newspaper company from my home .what to do?

You need to give me a lot more information on what you want to do: SOME of the things include: is it a magazine or newspaper, how often will you publish, is it print or electronic, how will you distribute it, how much will you charge for it (or is it free), will you mail it, will you deliver it by carrier, who will do the writing, who will do the advertising sales, who will compose the ads, who will do the accounting needed, how will you have it printed, where will you have it printed, what is the kind of news you want to include, will it have color photos or be all black and white.... there are more questions of course, based on your answers to those first questions.
Oh, and one REALLY important question...how much money do you have available to invest in this project?
