How many people in total, are employed by Andre-Boudin Bakeries, Inc.
dba Boudin Sourdough Bakery & Cafes? The company is headquartered in
San Francisco and operates approximately 30 cafes in California and

I've located a 1999 document that indicates the number of Boudin employees.
I'd imagine that you'd probably prefer a more recent statistic, but my
guess is that Boudin's employee count was probably pretty similar then
to what it is now. I'm in San Francisco, and I haven't noticed that
Boudin's business has expanded or contracted substantially in the last
few years. Anyway, if you'd like the 1999 figure and a link to the
document, let me know.
