Pop up window without the explorer bar on top

Hi all,
How do i make a flash pop up window, with cutomised close button, which opens itself in a new window and not inside the IE window. Any idea how to do it in flash without the use of any java script. Please help.....

Thanks...but this opens in a seperate internet explorer window...i was not talking about this...but say when i click a swf file, it opens in the flash player, assume that i dont want the flash player window title and the menu...something like that....i will try to send across some link which has that sort of flash pop up window......
