Quick-reply...has this been brought up before?

I rarely check this forum (sorry, no time!!), but I had a thought--some of the other php sites I frequent have a quick-reply hack built into the forum software. When you view a thread, at the bottom of the screen there's a little text box for quick replies. Have we thought about adding that hack? It's dead-useful!! Doesn't seem like a big deal, but not having to hit 'post reply' and wait for that screen to come up all the time really tends to facilitate a faster dialogue (especially for those on slower connections who may think twice about replying because of the need to load 2-3 new screens of info in order to reply).
