Rabbit bite what to do?

You could have a shower and wash your chin really well or you could get one of those antiseptic wipes that come in the first aid kits and give your chin a clean with that. If you dont feel too self-conscious, you could put a plaster on it. If that is going to be a problem, go to the chemist or the supermarket and get the liquid plaster stuff that you just put on and it dries clear. Otherwise you could just let the cut dry out and heal naturally.
I live in NZ so there is no rabies over here. Even if you did live somewhere with rabies, I don't think it is very likely that your pet rabbit will have rabies. Unless, of course, it has been exposed to something with rabies.
You can't get tetanus from the actual rabbit bite, but you can get it by coming in contact with dirty soil or just about anything that might come in contact with that open wound.
I'm sure that you will be fine, but if something happens to the cut or you are worried, go and see your doctor.
Good Luck!! :-)
if rabbits have rabies, im not sure if they bite
i think only meat eating animals like bats, dogs, and cats bite
but im not sure
P.S. Maizy wanted to free domesticated rabbits into the wild! and says that they are disgusting animals and asked if they were like pigs!!!
good luck
