RSS feeds for my forum ?

I want to know how can I view the RSS feed of each section in my vB forum.
If I need to create the feed, then where to create ?
Note: ACP > RSS Feeds > Add New RSS Feed option seems to be for importing feeds from external sources. But I want to know how to create RSS feeds for my forum sections. (I want to get latest 10 posts in each section as a RSS feed)
The option is :
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> External Data Provider -> Enable RSS Syndication -> Yes
And then view the RSS at:
http://www.testsite.com/forum/external.php?forumids=1
But I don't understand why it does not show any feeds for forums that are restricted only to members. It just shows a blank page.
And even when RSS is enabled, why it does not show any RSS feed links on my forum home page or any other place ?
