the second log aught to have had a larger port i'd think.
what server are you connecting against? vlc?
avcodec-51.dll
avformat-51.dll
avutil-49.dll
and
postproc-51.dll
MM100 now does RTSP as well as UPNP, the way it does it is to ask it for a channel list http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/mm100?getChannelList=m3u or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/mm100?getChannelList=asx

Now all is needed is some sort of SOAP wrapper for tvserver EPG and channel changing, and an interface for it in XBMC. Great work Elupus!!!
