HI guys. i have a 1997 eclipse black. i have gray interior but im changing it to black. but i have a doubt on wether to re paint it black, paint it blue or red, wat are your opinions.blueee
mines midnight blue =]
red just looks like you want attention ...
youll get sick of it after a while IF you keep the car around for years
but its your choice you can always change it again =]
♥mine is peal white....but a red looks cool....not candy apple thoughmine is a 1998 GS-T and the red is a head turner. Mine is not a candy red though. red doesnt have to mean you want attention. just makes the curves of the car stand out more and the dark colors tend to make the car look less sporty and more sedan-like in my opinion after painting cars for 5 yrs. t really depends on what your looking for.I have always been attracted to darker paint jobs. The darker blue/midnight blue will look great. The black will always be classic and elegant and at the same time will look menacing. You will have to work harder though with the black paint to keep it at tiptop condition for a little scratch will ruin the whole look. Swirl marks are likely to be more apparent than other colors. But if you like working on cars and detailing them, I would suggest to keep it black. Get a nice set of black rims. Avoid the chrome wheels.
