What video card should i buy?

  • i need a cheap yet effective graphic card. Prefer nvidia. My budget is 50 euros / 60 US dollars. Which one should i buy? And what should be the relation between the card's speed and it's memory?

  • 8800GT/9800GT (9800s are just rebadged 8800s, in most cases).

    Actually, the guy just below me has given an excellent suggestion. Of course, that is just the NewEgg price, which won't help you much in the UK. Free shipping is for US only.

    EDIT: Then you will "need" the 8800/9800GT.
