Why cant i order pay per view on my remote anymore?

i use to could now i cant whats the problem??

and how do you order pay per view on the phone line help please

is your receiver still connected to a land line? and do you still have service to that line?

Most likely your box isn't communicating back, and that has either allowed the box to fill up with PPV purchases, or non-communication has caused your provider to turn off PPV on your box.

It could be the box itself is faulty, in which you should resolve it with your provider, or some external device or circumstance causing the box to not communicate, which you should resolve to allow it to communicate back.

Some providers may allow web or phone PPV ordering.
